Who & Where we are
Our main focus is to provide private companies and public institutions with the tools they need to manage their institutional memory, to predict, analyze and provide the decision makers the results they need in order to find the right path in the decision process.
This endeavour was started in 2004 with the aim of delivering more than just IT, by a Romanian entrepreneur. His dedication for creating innovative systems helped the group in having a considerable year-to-year growth, both in terms of revenue and profit, opening new business lines and becoming a trustful partner for large organizations, both public and private.
Essential has been involved in the design and implementation of such information systems based on its own intelligence management platform and has the knowledge and practical experience necessary for managing the entire lifecycle of implementing a dedicated information management system to cover the integration with 3rd party systems through proprietary and standard data exchange formats such as XBRL and the specific business processes, risk analysis, information search and presentation requirements an institution might have, by effectively adapting the core functionalities to custom needs.
Several other add-ons enable users to perform fuzzy searches, de-duplication and social network analysis on top of the information managed with the platform.
Today, we are supporting integrators to leverage their capabilities by providing a mature and complete platform, where they can develop vertical solutions, based on their area of expertise and strategic decisions.
Our solutions are built for collecting data, use them in complex graphical analyzes and support analysts from large entities such as government, defence, intelligence, financial and telecommunication.

Our products can be distributed to final customers by authorized resellers. The products which require customization can be adapted to specific customer requirements by authorized implementation partners who can offer customization services, including custom development, technical support and software maintenance for our products.
